IT is on the bottom bc heat rises. As for walking most want these for cold duck blinds or if they are sleeping in a hammock bc they are homeless. They wish to wear the socks only when they are stopped. But I will thank the Lord above that I amd debt free with a spouse that truly loves me I don't expect to be sleeping on the streets again. I have a 12v electric blanket that thing works great. Thanks for the review points taken into consideration. There is the old trick of hot potatoes ?
Those socks go by so many names at every store, they've been taking suckers for a long time.
@cdltpx - Duckblinds or whatever these socks are crap, stop trying to defend them.
