I can see pretty well, a little brain damaged boy whose family wants insurance to cover him; they can't buy insurance due to his condition, and couldn't afford it if it was available. (1) This boy IS ALREADY INSURED under the SCHIP program. That's how he got the help he needed! No one denies this!

(2) Under Bushes proposal, SCHIP will be EXPANDED--just not as much as the Dems want. So under Bush, this boy will STILL BE INSURED--and even more kids will be!
