Why were so many people just standing around watching and not stomping this kid to death, people act in this confrontational manor because they believe there are no reprocussions. I say it changes, laws should be lifted so that if you see a situation like this, human rights become void and the antagonist has essentially given up his life and the general public can do as they see fit.
