Listen to the pianoforte:Aristocratic ,soothing and piercing at the same time....That's the genuine Mozart !!! Staccato...never legatto. I loathe fakeness.
I can't either ever since I've been attending concerts at the Frederick Collection in Ashburnham, MA. For a short time each year, they feature performances on one of their many early pianos. Beethoven and Mozart sound so wonderful on pianso built during their lifetime.
I like this a lot. It's really great that more effort these days is put into reviving those instruments which really are more conducive in general to what Mozart was trying to do, which is part of why he was doing it... Still though, sometimes certain things sound pretty good on, say a baby-grand.
There's a channel called RobinLSL. He does Mozart's Sonate Parisienne, Kv 310. I found the slow movement real nice. I'd love to hear it on the old piano too though. I suppose it depends on who's doing what on what day.
I can't stand modern performances.

Yes, in my opinion all classical music till half XIX century should be performed on instruments from that epoche.
