@darkenvoy9991 dear save it on another location ex.: desktop and then delete the original one file and copy paste this file edited (neverinstalled) file to original location then this will work.. try it..

@RaiRashid just tried it and this is what i'm seeing after being asked to save" you do not have permission to save in this location. Contact the administrator to obtain permission" but the thing is i am the administrator so irdk what's happening. Everything else up to this point worked perfectly. So please please assist further

I have vista and this doesn't work. I am able to follow all instructions and change Always to never, but when I open say microsoft excel or word, it still doesn't let me use it... do I need to restart the computer or something? Please please help!

I successfully unlocked my MS Office 2007 program with help from this vid and viewer comments. The text was very helpful. A blurry screen and jumping cursors are unhelpful as I had to stop/start the vid several times. You also forgot to tell people to Save and what to do if the dialogue window pops up saying they can't Save the Proof file, i.e., move it to the desktop, and admin issues. Most of us are unused to going into the depths of our computers and changing code. Take that, Mr. Gates!

For Windows Vista, from 0:13 is correct except you go to Start button, type in regedit in the Search bar, click on regedit under Programs. Follow vid/dialogue exactly. In the Proof.en folder is Proof file, drag Proof file to desktop, leave Proof.en folder open. You may be asked for Admin ok to move Proof file, give it. Open Proof file with Notepad, find exact code stated in vid, change Always to never. Save. Drag Proof file back to Proof.en folder, give Admin ok, close, test MSOffice. ~LQ

first of all.. microsoft wont let you do this !! you should move " Proof " to Desktop than open it with notepad after you should do this 1:42 .. and then move Proof to his Defult folder again.. :D and no pop up window when you open microsoft office.
