I love it! What do you charge per and how many do you sell? I'd love to do something like this myself, being creative and making money too. Can't beat that. Michael
how did i get here?...i was learning how to play she wolf (rude awakening) by megadeth...wtf is this shit?:s..and thw worst thing is that i had been watching this till the 9:15
Is there a reason one would not use the "In the Pot" method for a slab mold? Or is there only personal preference of doing this method of swirling vs. ITP?
absolutely beautiful! I make plain white soap for my family as my sons have many allergies but I'd love to make soaps like his for gifts. Thanks for the ideas :)
hi, i would like to ask that did you add any fragrance/essential oils? if yes how did you make them without seizing? because when ever i put FO/EO in trace, suddenly it will get hard/seize and I can not make any swirling :( plz give me some tips on it! thanks
goodness! These are beautiful! I do want to ask you though, seems like it is really liquidy before u pour so apparently you pour it at thinner trace? I love these soaps! So pretty!
That is like one of those soaps that I used to put in my drawers because they are so pretty, I wouldn't want to use them.....I'm just now getting over that :)
Does Cold process soap dry as fast as melt and pour? Because when I try to layer, the biggest problem I have with my melt and pour soap is that it dries within 3 minutes, and so I constantly have to put my colored batch back in the microwave to heat it up again.
where do u find ur oils, colorants etc? im a beginner at soapmaking and im lookin for good quality supplies...i like rich colors that pop out at ya as well as i want scents that are powerful...if u could help me with this i would deeply appreciate it ! thanks and happy new year!
You know I bow down on my knees and gasp with joy at the very thought of your existence and art whenever I see this, right? I'm trying four tomorrow and the terror is perfect for the day before Halloween. This is the work of genius. Thanks for sharing the technique with the rest of us. It's very generous.
I'm thinking deli takeout containers and a dollar store hard plastic scraper would work well, here. The really super thick deli containers from Gordon's Food Service. Nothing flimsy and no glass, cause it can shatter. This is some kick-hind-end soap. Very nice.

Did you use some of your batch/recipe oil to premix the color, or did you use extra oil?

@Jennifer2k89 No, it doesn't. Cold process can take within a few hours to a few days to set up, then it still might be a little soft.
