I think its great that someone promotes the issue of becoming a bone-marrow donor.

In this world, you need to make a choice, whether to become a donor or not - but know that either choice you make is perfectly fine, as long as you have MADE a choice :)

I myself have made the choice to be both blood and bone-marrow donor...

I sincerely hope that Janet will find a donor match in time <3

Also, if you're Canadian, you can register to become a potential bone marrow donor at onematch (through the Canadian Blood Services). It's awesome to know that countries work with other countries to help the patients find a (close to) perfect match.

Guys... legit: register now. There are 11 countries, in the donor registry, that form a pool. In order to donate marrow, you have to be a 6 tissue type match. It is insanely rare.

It takes 2 seconds, you can save a life, and unlike standard organ donation: you don't really lose anything.

I had a transplant a little under a year ago, and it is so SO important to go and register. Save a life. I know how thankful they'll be.
