that's not an M3 it is a tuned turbocharged 330ci e46 he only added the M3 badges on the side above the wheels you can notice it ,is not an M3 because of the front bumper whis is similar but not the same size , the dual exhaust `pipes and this has only one on the left but it looks pretty much like an M3 and I bet this is as fast an M3 or even faster a turbo and an intercooler increases the power 35%
