  • Hey dude you're awesome man, keep up the good work, I'm in a wheelchair too... I have muscular dystrophy and I also work out, I hate when people say things like "aww how cute you think you can box" man, I never want anybody treat me any differently, if I do something and somebody wants to hit me, they better fuckin hit me or I'll just keep saying shit until they finally do hit me lol

  • @JoeOnWheels Thanks, The thing is that i meet alot of those kind of people every day and when i do i put on a smile. Becuse I am in a way entertained by their behavior.Becuse i got nothing to prove to them. And neither do you my friend. Why waste energy on them?

    That's true, no need to waste all that energy on losers who don't deserve it, just take that energy and put it into the works outs!

  • How much movement do you have in your waist and back. can you lean back and forth and side to side in your chair? If you can do these things then i would suggest leaning forward towards the bag when you jab so more weight is behind it. Also if you can twist your waist and lean out at an angle when you hook. if you can do these things then you will get alot more power. if you can then move your chair toward the bag as you hit and that will also add power. if none of this is possible i would (cont

  • @crazycolerogers suggest keeping your arm super relaxed as you hit, then a second before the moment of impact tense the muscles in your arm. that will give alot of explosive power with just the arm. keep training man your awesome. im also in a wheelchair and have been training for around 2 years in various martial arts. great job man
