i wanna say yes but if a string did break you could hear it vibrate freely and hit other strings or the body of the guitar and make this bad sound and i don't hear anything like that going on in the song.
I was there sitting in the front row! Amazing performance. It was great meeting you Erik. And your new guitar is amazing. I think it had the best sound out of all the guitars I heard at the festival.
im sure at the moment erik as one of the best acoustic gear that an acoustic guitarist can own ahahah you should check on his forum what hes using and you will understand why he have that goldy sound! :P
This moment spawned a bit of a running joke in the Festival, because Michael played with Richard Smith and Don Alder too, we kept saying "When's Manthing gonna play with you guys?"
This was really a great moment, and a superb performance.
There's two guys who really know what they're doing.
they create two very distinct voices that really play well off of each other
I usually wouldn't think that these solo acoustic pieces could really be backed up by a bass, but Manring's definitely the one guy who could, and he does here
...orgasmic music

Erik must've been ecstatic. Asking Mr. Manring to play was a really cool thing to do.
