Is this a Palm Pilot compatible device, or does it run Windows CE? When was it made?

@Lachlant1984 The hardware is the same as the PalmPilot Professional, only the casing is black (The PalmPilot Professional's casing is dark gray) and the signs are different. It's running Palm OS 2.0 and it's made in 1997.
