looks like the panels at the bottom were made using Kgpanels, Grid for the healing addon, and i would guess either Shadowed unit frames or pitbull unit frames or w/e that one is called. also some kind of scrolling battle text. hope that helped. =)

It is called "mouse over macros"

you basically make a macro for every heal/cleanse.

EX:

/cast [target=mouseover,help,nodead]­[help][target=player] Nourish

If you replace nourish w/ whatever spell you want. Al you have to do is put ur cursor over the box/player you want to heal and push the respective keyboard button. If you aren't /tar a friendly it will heal "player" aka you.

I use 1-5, Q,E,R,T,F,G,Z,X,C. and shift/ctrl for most of those. It makes healing so much easier and faster.

Also you can use "clique" w/ grid. Which lets you bind click commands when clicking on grid.

EX: Shift Left mouse = flash of light Shift Right mouse = Holy light Ctrl Mouse btn 3- = cleanse etc etc
