I am confused. How did Taka Become scar? There are 2 theories. Ahadi Scratched him in the eye or Boma the Water Buffalo Attacked him. I think Ahadi gave him the Scar

nonono....Taka did NOT get his scar fom a water buffalo or punishment. he got it from a white honey badger. Ahadi later killed it to prove he loved Taka.

I wouldn't mind seeing disney doing their story, or Kopa's. I understand that both events only happened in books but, they were pretty solid stories. What else could they do if they did make another one? They covered the revenge arc with Zira. And yes according to the book, Scar received his scar from a buffalo cause he was trying to get Mufasa in trouble.

He tried to trick Mufasa into going to the waterhole, guarded by a buffalo named Boma. Mufasa tried to reason with Boma to share the water. Boma came after Mufasa and Taka. Mufasa escaped safely, but Taka was injured by one of the largest buffalo in Boma's herd causing a slash across his eye. *sigh* Butjust argue with me, making yourself look stupid.

it is not the official vision and Scar's name wasn't officially Taka. As those books are written by people who don't belong to the Walt Disney Company and the books' main character is a cub named Kopa, but in 2003 on the commentary track the film makers have denied Kopa's existence in the movie universe. Thus, nothing about the books is their vision. Resulting in no official vision on how Scar got his scar
