@tioN4 i woudnt really call it a hold down..its not deep enough to get pushed down and held..its more a push in and bounce onto the island...it all depends on the size..big swell no more then 5secs before your high and dry on the island..small swell you pretty much pop up straight away..this day of vid i wasnt really being held down just draged for a few seconds..keep in mind it is and island and breaks in water no deeper then foot..

@tioN4 mate its barnicle covered rock..if its big as anyone would know its alot of water standing up and exploding onto the reef..and if your in there geting pumped you have no chance of fighting against it you just go with it and wait for the wave to wash up the island

Shark island has the most unpredictable end bowl on any wave ive ever seen. it might be hard to hold a sweet line when ur falling over 2 sucky ledges in that size swell.. obviously you dont kno what its like then ey? all ov yus should appreciate that there is any go pro footage or helmet cam footage or wateva on here.. nice vid mate, dont worry bout some ov these kids
