I'm pretty hard to understand because I do not know English well. Can you please clarify two points? Just text - it is easier to parse. Rather than by ear.
1. What kind of switch 75 \ 3000 \ 3000er? In what film is that we should include? In general, what is it?
2. Regarding the switch dark \ light. How does it work? In the dim light include a light mode? A sunny day in the dark mode? Or completely the opposite?
1. 75\ 3000\ 3000ER is the film speed. so 75 = 75 ASA, 3000 = 3000 ASA. move the switch to 75 for "fuji fp 100c, fuji fp100b, polaroid 669, etc". move the switch to 3000 for "fuji fp3000b, or polaroid 667". 3000ER is same as 3000, but it holds the shutter open a little longer. It is for very dark situations.
2. light / dark. yes, you are correct. if the light is a little dim, then move the wheel toward lighten. if the light is too bright then move the wheel to darken
I only just bought my first Polaroid camera (a ProPack, naturally) a month ago off an auction site and I was convinced it wasn't functioning. Thanks to this video I now know it is : )
Fuji makes 3 different films that are readily available. the color film is called fuji fp 100c (it's 100 ISO). the black and white film comes in to ISO choices. there is fp 100b (100 ISO), and fp 3000b (3000 ISO for low light or night shots).
Thanks I just found one of these in my dads basement he says he used it three or four times and I could have it. It's in mint condition. Now I just have to find film... :-)

I found the EE100 in my attic. I had no idea it was there! It's pretty dusty, so I gotta just clean that up.
I'm just wondering if anybody can tell me what exact film is used for the EE100?
Thanks :)

@afrinaariff you can use polaroid film which can be purchased on ebay or at the impossible project. The other alternative would be fuji film.
Fuji:
color film is FP 100c, black and white is FP 100b, and high speed black and white is FP 3000b.
Polaroid:
There are many varients, but the most common are:
664 = 80 ISO black and white, 667 3000 ISO black and white. 669/ID-UV = 80 ISO color, and 690 = 100 ISO color

cool! they're pretty fun to play around with.
fuji is still producing film. most pro photo stores have it, or you can get it online.
fuji 100c is the color film, 100b is the black and white, and 3000b is the high speed (for low light) black and white film.
