HAHA THERE'S EASIER WAY buy a r4 it has 4gb get pokemon diamond downloaded and u get cheats and u can play game out then go to that sailor with the kid which gets nightmares do it alll stuff and so you catch cres or not. then go right till you land on the other island where you can catch him + the boat moves to the other island so you dont have to walk

srry for late reply but first u shud hav the nation pokedex then go to canalave city go to the house near sailer the kid shud be on bed having nightmares talk to the sailer then he will get u there after u meet the pokemon on the island go to the kid and wake him up (if u want darkrai without any cheats then get members card from mystery gift then go to the house near the pokecenter )

I just transferred it from my ranger to my diamond, then received it from a pokemart.

@kinicksterhawk Unfortunately you have to have gotten the Darkrai event in order to get into the Harbor Inn and that event ended almost a year ago, so the only way to get Darkrai is through hacking lol.

Yes, Go to a pokemon event. They dont have pokemon events very often though. But basicly a pokemon event is where either a store, Ninentdo world, Eb games or gamestop gives away a specific pokemon. That pokemon is usual a legendary. I hope that answered you're question.

if you have an action replay then the code to get to full moon island you go to any poke mart and press l and r when u walk in and talk to the man in green he with give you something and then go to canalave city and go to the house next to the sailor and talk to the kid in the bed. he is having a nightmare about darkrai then go out side and talk to the sailor and he will take u 2 full moon island where you meet cresilia.
