My cousin was included in the tragedy. He was young. A jolly person, so full of dreams. A good friend, brother and son. We felt very sad knowing that we will never see him again in flesh, but in our heart, we will always cherish him. God was still good to us, because we were given the chance to recover the body. He never knew how to swim, but for me he is the best swimmer coz he tried to swim from romblon to albay for us to see him. He even show us a sign in TV so that we could recognize him.

u dont have to blame the CG.. ders a law or rule in MTO that if ever typhoon classified as signal #1. Recommendation for CG is not to continue the voyage times like that but it's the company's(ferry company)discretion whether they'll depart and suffer the consequences they can incure during d voyage when it's signal #1..meaning, they have their own choice. the CG already advise them about the typhoon..Signal #2 to #3, CG have the full authority to not to allow them to go for voyage.

This tragedy need not happen Due to greed they let the ship sail even though there was a storm in its path. Due to the captains arrogance, he thought that the ship was large enough to encounter face the storm. I am glad that the survivors are alive to tell the truth.
