我不知道在台湾的情况是怎么样,不过在美国和爱尔兰你要集会,你就必须事先通知政府的有关部门,然后和政府部门协商游行或集会的时间,地点,人数和路线.在得到许可后才能在规定的时间,地点和路线举行集会和游行.
