I don' believe this stupid moron found any significant DNS flaw that can be readily exploited. He's just lying and making up shit to get publicity, if hackers in China, Russia, or any other third world couldn't find this flaw I seriously doubt he could.

Actually, if you look into the flaw and how DNS works, it makes sense. People just usually target it on the application and server level. You don't normally think about flaws in the protocols/systems for implementing protocols themselves.
The video is funny btw :D.
