Mike Tyson has never been cut in a fight.... then he fought holyfield.... was cut with a head clash in there first fight...then in Tyson Holfield 2...he was cut over BOTH eyes.... hmmm I think id be pissed of too if I was cut over both eyes by headbuts in a rematch in only the 3rd round...

@Khaos969 The styles did that. Tyson and Holyfield both lead in with their heads. Mike being 5'10 and Holyfield being 6'2, their heads were right there to hit. Holyfield is a great fighter so dont act as if he was only wining fights because of a headbutt. Keep in mind that Holyfield has never been disqualified.

"Christian" Holyfield has won over people the world over for his "heart", but I'm glad Tyson put him on the spot and called him out for the headbutting in public.
How many of Holy's opponents have said the same thing? Tyson, should have never apologized. Tyson actually challenged Holy to fight in the cage, but Holy would NEVER take him up on that.
Notice too, how at the end of the rematch, chicken sh*t, Holy hides in the corner, got pushed across the ring by Mike, and hid behind his trainers

You make it sound like his unwillingness to fight a mentally unstable deranged lunatic makes him a wimp. As far as the head butting - even if you defend that Tyson bit off half his ear for head butting - he bit him again after losing points.

@09Brant Wrong. Holyfield who has faced Gorge Foreman and Riddick Bowe was not scared of anybody. Tyson acted like a bully and a brat at the end of this fight and Holyfield acted like a gentlemen. And Tyson never challenged him to fight in a cage I can tell you that. Tyson and Holyfield are friends today.

I disagree. Tyson most defintely challenged him to what he called the "octagon"..Tyson anger was justified due to the excessive head butting at the hands of Holy..most of Holy's opponents complained of the same thing, so it's not just Tyson.
Tyson was winning round 3. Holy got pushed across the ring like a bitch, then ran in his corner behind his management.
Tyson did apologize, but me personally, I see through "Christian' Holyfield.

@09Brant Biting is over the line. Cus D'amato used to teach certain ways to disguise dirty fighting. Old school fighters use to use elbows and heads and it wasn't dirty as long as the ref didnt see it. Tyson himself was known for hitting with elbows.

He has never been disqualified ever. Tyson admitted to trying to break Kevin McBride's arm in that fight so who is dirty? Listen you have to be fair. Tyson admitted the truth about this fight several times. Tyson said that he was headbutting Holyfield as well. Tyson was also known for hitting with elbows and twice tried to break an opponents arm in the ring. These two guys are friends in life and they both deserved our respect.
