@izreallylolz i'm pretty sure you are wrong. not all processors in the helicopter have to do with steering. for example weapons control, communication systems, radars etc.
yes, most likely in a battlefield 1 damaged processor is enough to make sure it won't survive the battle. but it's far from screwed, it can retreat.
every piece of equipment have a processors (sometimes more than one), most of them do minor tasks that won't stop a helicpter from flying.

kinda unreal - because EMP cant disable motors (maybe it jams the steering? i dont know if the helicopter steering are electronic)
anyway- most of the new electronic military equipment is proceeded to be immune or at least resistance to EMP.

actually if you even take out a little tiny processor in the helicopter , the heli is screwed

that's true but i'm talking about a situation like in the game:
there is a giant war
and enemies are everywhere.(probably near the emp waiting for a damaged vehical).
so in total your like a sheep in a mine field, you can still move but 1 wrong step and KABLOOM.
