@Kevlord22 all professions can dodge not only the thief. Its the blue bar to the right of the red health orb. Peoples does not seems to lack the knowled of using it in those demos...

kid at 9:10 talking about these professions being harder lol stfu they are all as good as u are at playing them. warrior is not easy, just as with thief u were darting out and firing with warrior u can switch to bow, dodge away, and fire, switch to shield warrior to block and stall for time, switch to hammer to knockdown, etc., its all about how u utilize these skills

@limeroundup they are playing on a "high-end" computer, with premium graphics. So don't get too excited when you see how great a game looks, because it all depends on what computer YOU have.

The fact that thief has a higher skill slope to climb than other classes is what draws me in, because you can control the battle if you know how to, but on the other side of that fact, why should classes with a lower skill slope pull just as much stuff as I can do for less effort? It'll all be revealed when a public beta is out, I guess.

all that realy happend was the new Bliz devs used the already awesome game play that the old Blize devs ((you know the one's that started Arena-net >_> )) and dint do much shit to improve on it

@GenjiZerk ya its kinda is but when you think of it in the developer's view of gw2 they don't want you to tele everywhere or ride a mount and zip through you way on where you want to go. No they want you to enjoy what a masterpiece they have made and the hard work they did to make the beautiful and huge world of guild wars 2.

Actually, I read on the Official Site that they removed Monks from the game to make combat more streamlined and intense, but I like your explanation better. ^_^

In the interview Anet said that pressing 1 was from the past, and apparently GW2 encourage the player to press 1 like crazy. I hope they fix the combat to avoid that

remember its just a demo and that in these demonstarations there are little to no one online if it was out you would see lots of people running around especialy in cities like in the old Guild Wars but the new Guild Wars 2 allows for small amounts of random people to run around outside as well without being in a party
