No hes not but I am from Halifax, and its hard for east coast artists to get their music heard at a mainstream Canadian level, because quite frankly no one cares. When mitch sang this on a national show, a lot of canadians fell in love with this song who never heard it before, and will probably go home now and look up joel plaskett, and buy this cd.
