Great vid zoomy, 5 years after the publication of that book Grover Cleveland addressed Congress: "As we view the achievements of aggregated capital, we discover the existence of trusts, combinations, and monopolies, while the citizen is struggling far in the rear or is trampled to death beneath an iron heel. Corporations, which should be the carefully restrained creatures of the law and the servants of the people, are fast becoming the people's masters." Where is the outrage now?

Zoomy: Great video, excellent choice in music! As an American born UK mutt I can say things are in my view about to change in this country come hell or high water. Rather we like it or not in America things quite simply cannot continue in the present direction. The divide between Conservative and Liberal America has grown dangerously wide. For decades we could respectfully agree to disagree. But the time is quickly approaching where someone has to give. We are broke, dollar about to collapse.

I don't get it? why pick a gay prostitution scandal as opposed to the millions of legitimate scandals you have to choose from. Sex scandals have always been little more than a distraction from important economic or military ones.

I'm currently re reading "Our Enemy - The State", the words of hundreds of years ago, the words of tyranny, have a prophetic resonance with our age.

It's amazing that Thomas Jefferson, means as much to our generation, as he did to the Founding Fathers.

That nothing has changed over the generations, corrupt government and tyranny are ever present.

UKSecretCourts: As an American I feel Thomas Jefferson is still our finest president ever! He had more wisdom than the laws of nature should allow for any one man to have to himself, true genius! But I feel his most relevant quote to pertain to the present situation is: "As our enemies have found we can reason like men, so now let us show them we can fight like men also."
