Zappos has a great selection of shoes with great customer service but these guys they hire to present the shoes are just such incredible douchebags. They act like 13 year olds, can't form a sentence, mumble, give out all kinds of child like hand signals, and can't even speak clearly. It's pretty funny that Zappos would want that image and it says a lot about the low standards of Zappos marketing.
