  • I really second the whole 'take a picture' thing.I used to weigh 125kg, nearing 40% BF. I saved one of those pants with a picture. Now I'm at 104kg, 27%, still high BF, I know. When I grab those pants and wear them I'm like 'holy crap did I wear those?'

  • Ok dude this is the honest truth. I was 105 pounds in March. In April i started working out and eating alot of chicken and protein foods. By the middle of July , i was 120 pounds (not much bodyfat. no more than 8%) I trained with extreme intensity

  • these guys is right as fuck! even for weight loss, i´m not low carbing it so the progress is a bit slower but even with losing fat about 2 pounds a week it is difficult to see your progress because you see yourself in the mirror every fuckin' day. sometimes you get the urge to stop because it's not going fast enough getting ripped or building muscle. listen babes and homies, the slower the better. lose 20 pounds of fat in 2 weeks? good fucking luck with the loose skin hangin' over your balls.

  • @CrazeeGiant I had the same problem like that. This is how I solved ti: I forced myself to avoid mirrors. Even after I take a shower, I run away from the mirror (omg, that was so hard, like something was pulling me towards a mirror). Then, take a good look at your body in the mirror every 30 days.. Dude, TRUST ME, you will have ONE HELL OF A SURPRISE! A GOOD surprise!

  • The calcs for this shit are simple. Look how much protein you're eating, bout half of those grams turns into muscle. Done. You're building grams per day.

  • ive put on a stone in 2 weeks but my fat % is near enough the same (15% give or take) i think its cause ive put on a lot of muscle in my legs from starting doing aload of compound exercises and eating ALOT more pasta and eggs + im 17 so im still growing which would proberly contribute to it

I've been doing this for over ten years and am a certified athletic trainer and a licensed physical therapist assistant.   • @rxs10000 one last thing these guys denounce certain lifts bc they claim you will get injured, one of these lifts being deadlifts are one of the most important exercises you can do, and these guys wonder why they have lower back issues. yes if you arent using proper form and yes if you arent being sensible about the amount of weight your using, yes u could get hurt, u can can injure yourself on ANY lift however. injury prevention is key but u have to make sure you strengthen every part of your

  • im 17 and i cant build muscle for shit also i have a problem feeling it in my intended muscle, for exaple i will do the incline bench press and i dont feel it at all in my chest. I practice strict form but idk what it is man its really frustrating.

  • @StevieBoi914 you should try starting to go heavy and not focus on your form as much. its alright to cheat on ur form once in a while to overload ur muscles and to shock ur nervous system

  • @garito36 for what i lift i lift heavy challenging weight for myself like i did incline bench 135lbs for 12 reps on the first set and then it dropped down to 10 on the second set and then actually stayed the same at 10 reps for the third and final set

    im 19 just qualified as a personal trainer and have been training for about a year now put on a stone of muscle, my dads 46 and has been training for 20 summit years and is ripped to shreds and maintains a 6 pak all year round and everynow and then he shows/ tells me something i didnt even think of all buckles down to experience

  • @TheAngelodawgs YOUR GETTING STRONGER ALITTLE and the reason you havent put on mass is you arent eating enough calories up you calories by 5000 a day add an extra meal eat every 2-4 hours and pick a weight you can only do for 6-10 reps and push yourself to beat the previous rep range or weight and dont forget NO CARDIO.

  • @odimartes21 Having muscle and a good body doesn't make a fighter. Its two completely different types of training. They would have to do loads of cardio in order to condition for a fight because of how much oxygen theyre body would need.

  • i used to be 125lbs 8% bodyfat in 2005 @ 5'10". last week i am 219lbs 23% bodyfat @ 25 years old. it took so long to see results. by the time i am in my thirties i can finally be 225 ripped.
