Game ID??? What the hell is that. There's like 3 or 4 people who made comments on this video asking what the game ID is or where to find it...SOMEBODY PLEASE ANSWER!

@jacobmanney1 The game ID is (i think) the real alphanumeric name of the game or whatever. example---> GVMP41 is the game ID for super bust a move allstars

I did everything he said but when i load smash brothers with gecko it says no codes found. I put the code on the sd card and everything, I have a 2gb sandisk sd card.

@soundWhirl Yeah just buy a normal SD card.. they usually only come in 2GBs in aus but I think you can get 4GB ones in USA.. just to be safe though i'd buy a 2GB SD card.. because from what I've read the later Wii models only read 2GB SD.. And mine said the exact same thing in Gecko OS when I had a SDHC one.. so that is the issue..

Never mind... I got it working... No one every said anywhere in these videos what SD card type you need...

You need a 2GB SD card (make sure its not SDHC, the ones that come with cameras)

My issue was my SD card was a 4GB SDHC card. They don't work with the Wii correctly, just for anyone else having issues...

@6mirabella6 they do! i'm using a 8GB sdhc and I made a softmod with it too! -- it depends on your wii mainboard if its older or newer also what wiiware version you have.... everything works fine on 4.3 with a wii bought in late '11

@Aqwshamankid Dude, you probably need to make a button activator for it.

EXAMPLE: press home for all items on mario kart wii.

Or that code may not work on the game mode that your on. I hope this helped.

its FAR easier to download the .txt file, then open the .txt file in codemanager, then export to gct

you can actually get the .Gct's off the gecko site by selecting the codes there its pretty strait forward, and the only download required is the one they give you with the cheats :) (Which would be the .GCT
