One thing to note is how other factors come into play with this. Assume that the harping is tru and the heating of the ionosphere is tru. What about the heating of the atmosphere naturally? like say from cars? I do believe that electricity/radiation plays a factor in weather, but is not the only factor. A rotating vortex in the middle of a country is an obvious weather pattern, sufficient heating from the gulf+ the other factors I mentioned is not unheard of, hence the reason meteorologist.

They can pulse energy to "herd" clouds together into warm moist fronts. Hate to say it, but I think we've only seen "practice runs" up to now. I have research to support this.

A short time back you posted some info on HAARP rings around the Kansas City area. Those squares over Arkansas is THEM blocking zooming (real zooming) in the areas they are hitting. They have found a way to block areas of haarp activities. I guess from now on, they have made it obvious where they are hitting causing earthquakes, tornadoes etc... Had a strange experience though. One day, we had 46 for a high, then during the night the temp rose to 73. Then, the next day, the high was 43. How does the temp RAISE 30 degrees at NIGHT when the daytimes between are 30 degrees lower? I just don't see how that is possible.
