Your video's are class James you are a very good tutor I think an upgrade on the vid camera would see your channel excel thanks mate youve been fantastic!!
Hi, Glad it helped! I think the original was recorded just with a Les Paul straight into a Marshall head with a touch of reverb added post production. I was playing through a 5 watt Laney Lionheart combo with the drive set about 1/2 way up. James
Excellent tutorial - thankyou - as previous comment the video quality could be a bit better to help us hit the right frets quicker !! Any Pink Floyd/Dave Gilmour lessons coming up ???
Brilliant! That last little bit of the solo was doing my nut in trying to get that. Easy when someone shows you how, ain't it?! Are you intending to do any more Free stuff?
hey, thanks for uploading these vids on this song. i know the song, a friend of mine sings it brilliantly, i'm more a rhythm player, and couldn't do a solo to save my life. unfornately for me i gotta do this song in 2 days time. this helped me massively!!!! cheers!!!
just i'd let ya know that that gig went well. it was a battle of the bands night, we are the resident band (minus our lead guitarist). all the contestants thought alright now was ther best song of the night!!
Hey man, I remember playing this at guitar fest 2 1/2 years ago and it still feels like yesterday, keep up the good work
