I appreciated her candor - I do agree that government agencies seem concerned about losing control over data as that has been their "thing" for so long. I'd like to see a better sense of structure within Gov 2.0 to allow for a vetting process, something that would green light support some of us trying to solve real problems and encountering data access hurdles.
