I think that this is a feeling that has two sides:

Bad: You can get you're friends realy pissed off, only because of you.

Good: If you don't get angry whit you're problems, you'll get psychologicly angry and if you don't show it, don't blow it up to the out side of you, you'll get more stressed, more depressed, rude, and then you'll start to walk away and that unhappyness will consume you, and so i think it's better you just blow up, once and for all.

The fact the when they're angry and you want to give them space they just blow up like "Live me alone!!!I wnat to be alone!!" or just act like you're the one who has all the fault and ruin the other ones day...

But when we are angry we, in my case, i want to be alone, so for now i'm just giving space to my friends, when they want to talk i'm there to hear. But when i'm angry i realy act bad whit friends, but later i apologize .
