Glad the Roho is working out....the pressure mapping it it was horrible for me! Only the Varilite and Infinity (by Invacare) seem to be suited without going to gel cushions.
BTW...what was the 3rd cushion? Your video cut short.

Foam cushions are most definitely uncomfortable if you can feel your butt. Depending on how cheap it is the foam gets really hot, sweaty and humid. I can't wait til I can ditch my jay basic!
It is really hard to tell that your blind. the only thing that gives it away is that your left eye turns in when your right eye is straight. and your right eye turns in when your left eye is looking straight. and some times its in between.
Mine is like your second cushion, but with no settings. I can feel what's going on too though, so I guess it doesn't matter. That's how I gauge.
Roho is the best, I guess. I don't know if there's a company that makes a better cushion. I can't imagine how much it would cost, though, since Roho cushions aren't cheap.
They are but I got through them like candy.The best roho for me is the Roho Nexus..I have had this one for 8 yrs longer than my low profile and high profile.The hi and lo last maybe 2yrs for me..
I think for anyone who has ever wondered anything about being a quad you are the most informative person on youtube for them to talk to with every video you make you answer at least one question I've had you rock

I was just telling my wife that I tend to notice the fact that you are a quad and totally forget the fact that you are also blind you explained to me once i think how you read your messages and type and stuff but you may need to tell me once again
LOL my boyfriend and family forget I can't see sometimes! It's kind of amusing. Hehe OK I'll give you a bit of a refresher course but only because your you.
I have a screen reading program that makes my computer talk, and I learned to touch type and now I use my thumbs to type. I just modified the way I typed from before and although I can't feel the keys I learned the distance between them. I find the F&J keys by listening for the click of the raised bumps on my fingernails and go from there.
Have you ever tried a chair frame?

@007goretex There's no way you should be able to use the internet either with what seems like that low of an IQ, yet here you are...
Us blind people use programs called "screen readers" to use the internet (I'll wait while you go look it up)...
Next time instead of assuming, and making yourself look like an ass why not ASK how something is done instead... You'll learn plenty!

As long as you have feeling in your butt and can move around you should be fine, but you still should watch for any signs of pressure sores.
The Roho cushion cost $449 US They are one of the best cushions out there.
