Borderlands is AWESOME but the scavenger missions where you look for gun parts can be a bit grueling at times. The map markers only give a *general* location of where to find the parts. Thanks for the vid!

The waypoint for scavenger missions isn't supposed to lead you directly to the parts its meant to lead you to the general area. The scavenger missions were designed to make you look for the parts.

For all of the scavenger quests, the waypoint marker on your map is only the GENERAL AREA, it is NOT the exact location. I think they purposely wanted these to be a search the map kind of shenanigans...
