The real truth is that over the years both mainland China and Tibet have invaded each other so it's completely wrong to say that Tibet is part of China; what's not to say that China is part of Tibet? The current reasoning by most Chinese today is that once invaded, a piece of land is happy to be indoctrinated; it doesn't take a genius to see that this isn't true now does it? I think you forgot about the "Kingdom of Hawaii" in the video? Isn't it also an independent nation when it was annexed by the U.S?
And about the year 1911-1949, Nationalist Chinese troops were stationed in Tibet (ROC claimed control over all Qing territories as they see themselves as the successor state of the Qing Empire, Tibet obviously never acknowledged that). But things are messy, places such as Guangxi, Shanxi, Yunnan were of the same state during that time.

That video is not reliable and was meant to be propaganda to undermine Japan at the time. That does not mean it is accurate or important now.
