This occurred 3 km from the 400 and Black Creek, 4 km from Weston. 10,000 people were evacuated and the 401 shut down. It took 16 hours to handle the blaze. 5,000 homes damaged, 100 uninhabitable.  Illegal transfer of propane was to blame. Company (Sunrise Propane) had its license revoked and is out of business.

The explosion was big you idiot! the only reason why only two people died was because this happened at night when most people were inside of there homes sleeping! if it were during the day people would have been killed by the debris that flew over a kilometer. This place for some odd reason had houses not far from it that were seriously damaged by the shockwave of the main explosion. I take it that 1) you haven't seen all the other photage, and 2) you don't even live in Toronto to know this.
