several years back I brought a nurse named Hank who was a cutman for boxers for years and lived the vegas lifestyle to a concert in Las Vegas. You guys happened to be playing. Little did I know then THAT Hank would die of cancer like a couple months later. He gave his life to the Lord, helped at the bless fest, and later danced in heaven with the Lord. Praise God. You brought back a memory. Thank you.

When this song came out, I had just ended a two year long homosexual relationship. I spent so much time turning my back to Christ, searching for the cure for my loneliness, that I was pushing away the One True Solution to my problems. When I realized just how much I messed up, I was so filled with shame. How can Christ ever take me back after doing the things I did. This song spoke directly to my heart. I can forgive myself. Jesus forgave me. He is the only water that can take away my thirst.

I love Sanctus Real. This song speaks to me. I heard about the lead singers child on KLove and I know it's hard. I had a little boy names Christopher 7 years ago, on December 22, who was diagnosed with hypoplastic left heart syndrome when he was born, just as he and his wife's baby, it was a struggle. I know what they are going through and I pray for them.
