  • no dislikes so far ;D

  • @vladak47: Careful, don't jinx it!

  • Whenever I think of Cars this theme springs to mind. Nice job

  • This is definitely a revamped version of Randy Newman’s “McQueen and Sally”. A very good one nonetheless!

  • @MatthewTS22: I think "Inspired by" is a better description. The melodies are similar, but too different for this to be a "revamp".

  • @dogman15 think that was the phrase I was looking for actually. haha

  • Awesome;)

  • An awesome remix of that tune (Radiator Springs) finally published here ->

    watch?v=rs4ZT9tS3vs

  • @The500EEK: Sounds great! Good job!

  • @The500EEK remix always sounds bad, because its not the original

  • I have this game on my PS2 and I love this movie game I love cars too (not cars of the game, but cars of real cars)

  • @TheSupergamer555: To avoid confusion, you could have said you like automobiles. *shrugs*

  • @dogman15 Have I said that I am in confusion???

  • I am so at peace with this song this my song for when I wake up in the middle of the night going outside on my balcony and watching the moon or sun set on the endless ocean

  • Can someone please give me an MP3 Download link? Or something that can let me download the song onto my computer? Please and thank you. [: Inbox me ♥♥♥

  • @xJc3x: I still have the original MP3 or WAV file on one of my computers at home, but if you want this song for yourself, try "listentoyoutube

    ...com"

When the song passed from my GameCube into my computer to be saved as a file, there was a ever-so-slight reduction in quality. A tiny bit more data was lost uploading to YouTube. The website I showed you might degrade the quality a tiny bit more. Choose a "high-quality" MP3 conversion/download.

  • Очень позитивная музыка. Жизнеутверждающая и повышающая настроение, как и многие американские мелодии.

  • @57sergniks:

Translation: "Very positive music. Life-asserting and mood, like many American tunes."

Reply: Well, it *was* intended to sound like American country/western stuff, as this game and the film take place mostly in Arizona.

  • Thanks for uploadig this man :3 Everytime I'd play the game I'd always play this song over and over xD It's so awesome *u*

  • I Love this theme!! Soo peaceful to me!

  • @xxFabulous24xx:

Even more peaceful is the "Radiator Springs at Night" theme, and the string section at the beginning and end of the "Tailfin Pass" theme is really nice, too.

  • Thanks dogman15, for posting just the tune I was looking for.

Have the game but haven't played it in a long time.

This tune popped in my head and I had to hear it --like --right now.

--without having to turn on my PS2 and load the game -- too much work. LOL

  • imagine this song playing while ur looking off into the sunset on a mountain in good old america :) ( im not from america)

  • i have ps2 and ps3 and xbox360 and gamecube i have race o rama

  • cool

  • ooo but i have ps3 i dont ps2 ...... subscribing u :)

  • I'm sure the PlayStation 3 has audio output cables that you can connect to a computer or other device for recording. If that doesn't work, then you can record the audio output of your computer as this video plays on it.

  • can u put the download link plz plz plz ill sub u if u did :)

  • I have no way of providing a "download" link. You're welcome to record the audio output of your computer or your game system, if at all possible.

  • omg omg :(( i cryed i loved this game from along time and :(((> sorry cant say more *crying*

  • I'll admit, it is a nice theme. In the comments, I mention that I think it sounds similar to the "McQueen and Sally" track from the film soundtrack, written by Randy Newman. Bruno Coon did a good job with this, though. It fits the game's atmosphere well.

  • Can you do the race-o-rama theme? (you will half to get a wii or somthing because it's not made for gamecube)

  • 1. I do not own "Cars Race-O-Rama".

    2. I do own a Wii, however.

    3. All I have in terms of "Cars" videogames is the original GameCube version. (I have a GameCube, which is what I recorded from.)

    4. Saying "you will half [have] to get a wii" assumes I don't have a Wii and that I would go out and purchase one just to record that song.

4a. Your comment also assumes that I own "Race-O-Rama" but no system (i.e. a Wii) to play it on.

    5. You'd have better luck conducting a web search for that song.

  • Thank you for your interest, though!

  • now this is a classic american music

  • I Have This Game On PS2 And This Song Was Really Cool

  • Do you think it sounds similar to "McQueen and Sally" from the film?

  • Where did you get this music?? It sounds perfect for future movies of mine.

  • I'd love to tell you. I got this music directly from the GameCube version of the game. Using the sound test in the main menu, I played each song one by one. I connected the GC's AV outputs to a portable DVD player (for monitoring), which then routed the audio to my computer, where I used Audacity to capture the sound. Simple, really, if you have the right tools.

(To record songs not found in the sound test, I had to go to those levels within the game.)

  • Future movies? That's cool.

    Why say that here?
