I was right at the front for this so it wasn't quite so bad (and I was being very quiet) but diots spoiled what was a really excellent set. I saw him at Union Chapel a month later wher the audience were quiet and it was huge difference. Thanks MB82 anyway cos this was still one of highlights of weekend :)

i think stage 2 had many probrem with bands soundcheck >> mark lanegan shuld play in stage 1 with good time not late every one was drunk ..

Yes, ladykatey you're right... Too many people talking, when this kind of songs for me deserve a religious silence...

And yes, there were also some annoying technical problems, Mark left the stage evidently disappointed...

I was right at the front cos legged it over there after Fantomas and endured Teenage Jesus and the Jerks...saw the fab Martina Topley-Bird..and then this...Martina and Mark both spoiled by all the assholes who wouldn't stf up..awesome way to end a fab night still tho

I love Mark Lanegan but the sound levels were terrible that night - lots of screechy feedback and you couldn't hear the backing singers at all.
