Question: for historical purposes, would the harpsichord have been a double-pedaled harpsichord that was painted? I thought those instruments were a product of the 20th-century and that harpsichords were only painted after they became out of fashion and used as decorative furniture! Thanks for any answer to enlighten me. BRIAN
i have a question to the capture 15, when Gründgens moves for some moments like a puppet, could he mean some other film or character by this or was it his genious invention?
The beginning of this piece is made of parts from the fantasias of Wilhelm Friedemann Bach. The fast part of the play is the "Prestissimo" from his "Fantasie a minor".
