there is a ton of hard evidence that bryant could may well be innocent,ive been researching this case for years,but there is other storys which i cant confirm that suggest he may have been the shooter,either way,this was the first case in history that wasnt trialled
@TheMondoc ... no it was the 1st case without a coronial inquest. especially since some victims were international visitors. it was agreed by 'all concerned' at the time not to hold the inquest. our law doesn't require a trial when a plea of guilty is entered. how the plea was entered is up for debate. there's no 'hard evidence' to suggest bryants innocence just circumstancial, but as you know there is 'hard evidence' against him in many forms as being the perpetrator and guilty as charged.

its possible the AR15 had up to 8 shots used prior to the cafe, a few outside before changing to FN.308.

@TheMondoc ... no it was the 1st case without a coronial inquest. especially since some victims were international visitors. it was agreed by 'all concerned' at the time not to hold the inquest. our law doesn't require a trial when a plea of guilty is entered. how the plea was entered is up for debate. there's no 'hard evidence' to suggest bryants innocence just circumstancial, but as you know there is 'hard evidence' against him in many forms as being the perpetrator and guilty as charged.

its also said by wendy scurr 45 to 50 shots, although she is part of the conspiracy circus.
its possible the AR15 had up to 8 shots used prior to the cafe, a few outside before changing to FN.308.

Thank you for your question Actually where is the proof Sgt Mike Dyson lied in his Police Statement which was made out 1 month after all Police Evidence was suppose to be handed into the DPP is in the Police Statement itself.
Now Professor Big Mouth if you have not read Sgt Dyson Statement compared it against other Statements and Damien Bugg QC DPP Court Transcript then you wouldnt know he lied.
