Hey I notice him too. Just because a team is not that good or he doesnt have a lot of highlight plays it doesnt mean he doesnt do a great job.

@samoantoa08 Yep I agree, it seems like not too many people notice anyone from Iowa or Wisconsin or those big schools like them. They play in an equally big conference and make plays just as good as those noticed players liked Ahmad Black.

Yeah but I think Ahmad Black is better just cus he has more overall athleticism. Pretty much how ESPN rankls them its pretty good. Sash is 7th behind Keo from Idaho, Lefeged from Rutgers, Carter from Oklahoma, Black, Jarrett from Temple, and Rahim Moore from UCLA..Sash is solid but he never has seperated himself from the pack..and he's been playing 4 years I believe..no outstanding overall safeties this year in my opinion though...Moore is an excellent cover safety yeah but his tackling is so so

@samoantoa08 Sash was a junior last year so he only played 3 years but yeah, he has never really separated from the pack. His season last year wasn't superb, but pretty good. He could probably use another year at Iowa but he's still a solid 2nd or 3rd round prospect experts are saying.

Look up Jarrett's highlights. He reminds me of Laron Landry. And just from his hilites he looks like he has pretty good cover but thats just his hilites so we'll see about that. Keo i solid. I know him cuhs he's a fellow Polynesian (he's hawaiian, I'm samoan obviously).

@samoantoa08 Alright I will, thanks. And if you check out Tyler Sash's highlights he seems kind of like a mini Ed Reed. Puts up big hits and records a lot of interceptions.

I believe that's a common misconception that Ed Reed puts up big hits. Only his hilites u see it but consistently? He does not deliver big hits. Thats not his job tho. Just leave that to Landry. Landry is probably the biggest hitting safety out there. And he covers decent. Now Ed Reed? U simply cant compare Sash to Ed Reed. Coverage wise, Ed Reed is probably the best out there maybe even ever so far. Best ive seen Ill tell u that. Ed Reed masters the art of baiting. But I guess u did say kind of

@samoantoa08 yeah I'm a die hard Ravens fan so I've seen Reed consistently, but yeah, Landry is a bigger person at hits. Sash is kind of in the middle when it comes to hits I guess, and maybe I should compare him more to Nick Collins when it comes to coverage. He did get a lot of picks at Iowa.

He did but that doesnt mean u automatically compare him to Ed Reed tho. Ed Reed is a shutdown safety if there was such a thing. The only shutdown safety. Same way Asmougha and Revis are the only shutdown corners.

Just saying man...no hard feelings or anything like that..Ed Reed is a proven pro bowler and is arguably the best safety ever..especially coverage wise..the man's play recognition is phenomenal..

@samoantoa08 There are no hard feelings. I love Ed Reed, he's my favorite safety ever and the Ravens are my favorite team. I agree, he is a perennial pro-bowler and probably is the best safety ever. Really hard to compare anyone to him.

@rockies114 Reed beats them all. He's been a far bigger play maker than any of them. Dawkins may come a little close with the experience, but Reed still beats him.

Rahim Moore looks like such a pussy when I just looked at his temple highlights but if you want to see a real #1 safety look up Robert Sands at WVU

Likes the list but Moore is not repeating his soph year. He might need to drop in this list - pure cover safety (FS) and wont be able to tackle as softly in the NFL.
