As a side note, it's neat to see what mods and apps you're running to get this project done. Qarl's texture pack is great as long as the hardware can run it. I use QTP myself, along with the make it pretty pack (leaving out the texture mods) so there's a nicer landscape in my fraps recordings.

Hold down the shift/ctrl (can't remember which) key as you click the Yes button. It causes automatic overwrides for the files.
