haha i would school u in basketball i can dunk 2 handed can shoot better than u, and my record is like 30 or somthing just because u made like 8 free throws in a row dosnt mean u can shoot and i bet u were video taping urself for an hour before u got that shot

Lmao I can get a little more than 8 free throws in a row. Try 86. If you're talking about recording for an hour to get the half court shot then no. My digital camera only records for a few minutes then runs out of space. You can't shoot better than me.

Well, your shot definitely did improve. You don't jump forward much at all now, and your release looks a little higher. Do you work out at all, if you do what does it consist of.

Thanks. Yeah i do lots of lowerbody weights and stuff to help my vert. I dont do much upperbody. At the moment im doing a high rep phase because im just getting back into it after a sprained ankle. Theres a few light plyos in there too.
