At 4:30 Glenn talks about being born with an equal opportunity. Of course some are born with a golden spoon in their mouth and others are not. I've thought for a long time that there is something to be said for government having some role in keeping a somewhat equal opportunity for kids up until age 18 (or ?) so that all youngsters have some rights to education and services so that they can get a start in life before they start into the your on your own part of life.

Anyway this is the deal the dems have repeatedly voted down school vouchers so that you could send your kids to better schools to include private schools. thier afraid that parents will send their kids to a christian school like I would if I could afford it. In high school that child can decide what classes they want to take get votech training and get a job that counts as hs credits.

I am very much in favor of school vouchers giving the poor children a chance at a better education. I do hope that you are able to send your kids to a better school and think you should have the opportunity to do it. Our public school system needs the competition!

I agree with you, but I'm not jelous of the rich, theres no reason to be. I'm not poor but I'm not rich, I live comfortably we are a single income home with 3 kids, day care would eat up any money my wife brought in. So we make do with what we have. What you have to understand God has blessed us alot. The more you show yourself responsible with the blessing he's given the more you'll be blessed. On the whole, this entire thing seems odd to me. Beck seems to be faking it at times.. If he's really doing this because it's what he believes, then more power to him. What concerns me is the website. You have to register to use it, what better place to bring together a bunch of people who are upset about the government or are flat out anti-government? That will be a nice resource for certain authorities if certain drastic things begin to happen... troubling...

Actually, the economic issues are not complex. The web the government has tangled to centrally plan the economy is complex. The solution is rather simple. The recovery begins with the non-producers are allowed to fail. We need to turn off the printing press, shut down the Federal Reserve, and dramatically cut government spending.

I think that makes it so hard for people who even recognize the government is spending too much to embrace this solution is that there are few functions of the government they believe the government shouldn't be doing. If we can't stop anything the government does, then we can't cut any spending. I say we shut down the DoD, DoJ, DoAgriculture, DoEd, VA (and I'm a disabled veteran), the FDA, DEA, BATF, IRS, FBI, CDC, and so on, and so forth.
