  • What the hell! You don't even lean that much when doing them! Very awesome.

  • are perfect pushups or static pushup bars much more difficult or easier to train with than paralettes that are about 12-24 inches off the ground?

I can't do any pressups or even hold a free handstand...

    yet

    What are the pressup variations?

    tucked, l-sit, and straddle?

    maybe even planche?

  • @jrk987 planche would be the most difficult, then pike, then straddle, then tuck. The perfect pushups are more difficult than parallettes since the pp's move and are more unstable.

I'll be posting in a week or so a new video with some things you can do to learn handstands better. stay tuned :)

  • O man! If I could do that I would quit my job ( I am not talking about the dogs;)

  • SICK

  • Those were insanely difficult looking... now you have do that on your SUP board! As cool as that was, the dogs stole the show... more dogs on the treadmill vids, please!
