@jrk987 planche would be the most difficult, then pike, then straddle, then tuck. The perfect pushups are more difficult than parallettes since the pp's move and are more unstable.

Those were insanely difficult looking... now you have do that on your SUP board! As cool as that was, the dogs stole the show... more dogs on the treadmill vids, please!

are perfect pushups or static pushup bars much more difficult or easier to train with than paralettes that are about 12-24 inches off the ground?
I can't do any pressups or even hold a free handstand...
yet
What are the pressup variations?
tucked, l-sit, and straddle?
maybe even planche?
