i guess it wont make any sound except some windy noises when you just blow extremly hard xD put it on you lips, not between, and think of making a fart-sound ^^ so you buzz your lips. Maybe it takes some practice at first. change the tone by trying to put more pressure on your lips, imagine them as two elastic bands and when you stretch them, the tone gets higher.
