I think that Murthag die some way and after they killed Galbatorix and all that. Thorn accept that his rider is red. He and Saphira loves and make dragonegg. After that Eragon begin to train young dragon rider with Saphira and Glaedrs eldunari.

i love reading peoples ideas about the fourth book, its funy cause im pretty sure that even the author is unsure how it will end, and has many ideas of characters fates etc, so i think whatever happens will be interesting, but one of many endings.

I think that in book 4 rorans new rider cus tamerlin is a larg blunt sword that would be used 4 simple moves rly fits rorans fighting styl and eragon roran and murtagh are related and that would make the books more interesting also i think murtagh will kill saphira and eragon would track down murtagh and kill him then train roran and his dragon that would suck but be rly interesthing to read i think this would happen cus the son of morzan and the son of brom are riders and folow their paths

Third, does anyone remember that eragon dreamed about two elves: a woman and a man, who goes in to a ship surrounder by other elves, two dragons flying on the sky, it must be arya and her dragon, the emerald and eragon & Saphira. And eragon looks like a elf and angela said that he will leave alagaësia and said that he will have a romance.

First, I think paolini should write books like tolkien did;the hobbit and the silmarilion, not that important books as these four, but books what will tell about the other dragon riders who died and about history of alagaësia.

Second, nasuada may die in the fourt book as ajihad did, and roran, well roran wont die. And will the fourth book be like the three before? Or will it just answer to the questions and tell things about the people, or will it be same kind of adventure and fightning?

although i agree with you h3pianist, i dont think Arya becoming a dragon rider will be in the middle of the book. after all it does take a long while for a dragon to grow up and learn enough... it seems more likely that that event would happen near, if not, at the end of the book.

I think that Murtagh will become good again with Eragon's help and advice. Now correct me if im wrong, but isnt arya' magic green? Isn't there supossed to be green dragon on the cover of the next book? ANyway, the next egg will be delivered to varden where it will hatch for Arya. I believe this because this is the only possible way for arya and eragon's relationship to blossom as the dragons race may be saved. Then this trio will pwn Galbatorix.

My predictions for 4th book even though I finished the 3rd book like half a year ago -_-, Murtagh will become good again and give the next dragon egg to the Varden. I think the Rider will be someone that is a small character but will become a huge character. It might be Roran and Katrina's baby... You never know. I think a huge main character will die... Also, I think Angela is Eragon's mother, just saying. If u have any predictions or inferences, I'd like to read them!

he kinda follows the star wars plot. i think murtagh will sacrifice his life to save eragon, and kill galbatorix, and i think eragon might die.

lol, nice predictions... i think someone WILL die in the 4th book though and there will be this huge battle and i think bad stuff will happen to the varden, the author will draw the reader to believing the varden will lose the war but in the end, like from LOTR, ghosts will come and destroy galbatorix's army. then eragon has to go to galbatorix and fight him. theres a chance murtagh will die, i think he will since he becomes good and galbatorix finds him and kills him. lol

I dont think Roran will be the next rider in book four. Reason for that is: Roran's character was already shown, he is in the army fighting on foot, he will bring Katrina back to Carvahal and rebuild the farm and live there as a simple farmer. Thats him, Paolini already showed us his fate and character he cant just throw in "boom you're a rider and you must help Eragon' Now we dont want another giant character when everything is set for ARYA and Eragon to be 'equals'. If you read Brisingr.
