  • That is not a bushbaby!!!!!!! That is called a Tarsier! It has different anatomy than a bushbaby.

  • You don't read the comments previously posted?

This fact was identified and confirmed previously ...what more can I say?

Unless you want me to "exclaim" loudly like you have!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know ...it would have been nice to have you comment on my artwork ...not just the subject being incorrectly named.

  • I'm really sorry. I didn't see that comment before I wrote that. Your art work is good.

  • I am really sorry about that. I was too hard I guess. No hard feelings. I didn't mean to be that critical. I didn't see that other comment before I wrote that. Your art work is really nice! Good job! :)

  • G'day xizokui23

You are very kind to apologise ...please accept mine also. I was a bit frustrated that the comments often miss the mark ...being the artistic rendition of the subject *wink*

This was my first attempt at "lifelike" with watercolors ...I hope to get better with more practice.

    Regards,

    Belinda :-)

  • so have you sold many pictures yet?

  • G'day 1000Errors,

I have sold pictures and it is always such a compliment when I do. If you would like to see some of my other artwork ...I now have a Store on Etsy. When you visit my Etsy Store please contact me to discuss my art, your art, etc ...as I would enjoy that ...even if it is just to say G'day.

  • Thanks for the comment/question ;-)

    Regards,

    Belinda :-)

  • bellsakabin . etsy . com

or do a Google search for "bellsakabin Etsy"

  • That's cool. Although, that's not an African Bushbaby, but rather a Tarsier, which are native to South East Asia

  • G'day masmaha12,

Thanks for that correction ...I did a bit more searching on the net to verify it is a Tarsier. My reference photo was from an encyclopedia of the Animal World with the caption to the photo being "African Bush Baby". I have a second copy of the same encyclopedia and in that the photo has changed but is the same specimen ...and the caption reads "Philippine Tarsier".

Thanks again for that correction ...both animals are really cute and similar.

    Regards,

    Belinda :-)

  • Adorable artwork! LOLOLOL...music is perfect with that little guy....
