1933-2006 Mr. Rawls was 5' 10" (1.78 m) and sexy as hell. Did you know he was the singing voice of the animated cat "Garfield"? Went to high school with Sam Cooke. He was a paratrooper in the Army's 101st Airborne Division (1955 - 1958) He died of lung and brain cancer on Jan 6 2006, just about 6 years ago.
