Numbers stations NEVER use two digit numbers. 1-9 and 0, only.

The code wouldn't be this easy to crack (in fact, it would be impossible to crack).

A German numbers station wouldn't have random English "stops" during the broadcast.

Points for creativity, but anyone whose done even a little research on numbers stations (I only discovered them last Friday) would know it's fake.

In fact, I've just been informed this could be a fake number station. For one thing, it starts with the "Rick roll" which could be normal, but if you notice the background sound loops. If it loops, it's obviously fake. Also, there are some fake number stations around on sites. My brother has been to many places in the internet, and he claims to find anonymous sites that make fake number stations for people who like to listen to them. So basically, double sorry.

Sorry, but that isn't the correct translation. I'm taking German classes, and I can tell by the first number in the fake translation, that it was wrong and fake. One more thing, it's impossible to decode it using the method given, they make specific programs and gadgets to decode them.
